Kabali: The new poster of Rajinikanth

To everyone's surprise, the makers of Kabali have released a new poster of superstarRajinikanth's film. And instead of releasing it on the social media, which has become customary, the makers chose to go old school. A big cut-out of the poster was unveiled at the Sathyam Cinemas, Chennai.

And eventually, the poster found its way into social media. Rajinikanth looks fierce in the new poster and he is seen emerging from a pit pushing down many goons and gangsters.

Directed by Pa Ranjith of Madras fame, Kabali also has Radhika Apte, Dhanshikaa, Attakathi Dinesh and John Vijay in pivotal roles. While Radhika Apte will play the role of Rajinikanth's wife, Dhanshikaa will be seen as a small-time gangster in the film.

The music for Kabali is composed by Santhosh Narayanan, a frequenter in Ranjith's films.

The film is all set to hit the screen in April.
